An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Support Administrator working within the Consumer Division of Dicker Data.

The primary role of the Sales Support Administrator is to assist the Consumer Sales team with general retailer queries and as well as answering incoming phone queries. You will liaise with Consumer Account Managers, the Dicker Data Accounts team, Warehouse teams, and Retailers to ensure all processes are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

This position will be based in Parnell, we are open to negotiating part-time hours to allow continued studies with the view of going full time in the holidays. What you will do in this role:

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure phones are answered in 3 rings providing first-line sales support to all customers including stock on hand, ETA, pricing, and other related queries
  • Communicate to retailers when a product goes end of life and ensure all backorders are cancelled in the system
  • Respond to retailer queries around ETA's on orders - and provide track and trace details
  • Assist Account Managers in processing retailer marketing claims and work to assist the team in getting this process automated
  • Process requests for rejected retailer orders
  • Assist the Accounts team with credit claim queries and follow up communications in a timely manner
  • Ensure all product return requests are processed smoothly and resolve any escalations in a timely manner with the retailer
